Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ho Xuan Nang graduated as Engineer of Mechanical Engineering at Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) in 1986, MBA at National Economics University in 1998. He got a PhD in Dynamic Mechanics from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, in 1992.

He worked for FORD Vietnam Automobile from January 1996 to January 1999 as Quality Director, Production Director.

From January 1999 to April 2013, he worked for Vinaconex Corporation as Deputy Chief of Office, Factory Director, Director, Chairman of the Board cum General Director, Chairman of the Board of Vinaconex Advanced Compound Stone Factory (renamed to Vicostone JSC now). He is General Director of Vicostone JSC from April 2013 to December 2016, and Chairman of the Board of Vicostone JSC from June 2014 to present.

He is Chairman of Phenikaa Group from December 2015 to present.

He is currently Chairman of the Board of Trustees, CEO of Phenikaa University.
